MTN not honoring their stipulated delivery timeframes

I am in urgent need of uncapped data, to which yesterday i ordered uncapped home internet package from MTN as on the website it is stated that delivery takes 1 to 3 days and i was further charged a pro rata amount for the reminder of the month to which i paid in full.

Today i received a call from DSV that my product will only be delivered on Monday which will be day 5 since i have paid for the product and charged a pro rata to which i am not enjoying the benefit of.

I called the customer care center to try and request that they honor the stipulated timeframe of delivery or allow me to collect the package from my nearest branch to which i was taken pillar to post without any assistance.
