MTN not honoring 2020 Black Friday Deals

Poor service received for the MTN Black Friday 100GB for R299 pm. My application was submitted on the 3rd of December for approval while being an existing client for many years. MTN online sales have been telling me for 2 weeks that they will contact me. Now i cant even get hold of anyone from MTN online.
