MTN Not Helping to change contact details with DSV

I have been tryin the whole day to try and get MTN to change my contact details with DSV so that I can get my Delivery. Every time I call I am either transferred back to DSV or back to the switch board. And When I request to speak to a manager as no one is helping me I get transferred to DSV again. Can someone please help me so that I can get my stuff that I have already paid for. MY number is ***
