MTN not helping the public

MTN doesn't allow non MTN customers from calling. I have tried many telephone numbers for assistance in laying a complaint. They all want my MTN telephone number before assisting. It is impossible to talk to someone without a MTN number.

The complaint didn't help. I cannot change the rating due to that this didn't work. And the fact that I tried to raise a complaint directly at MTN but they won't allow me since I don't have a MTN cell phone number.
