MTN NOT HELPING

Absolutely disgusted in the lack of feedback its been since January!! I have logged two tickets that not been answered. The first ticket had me driving to the MTN store to confirm what i told them on the phone, the second has just not been answered at all atleast a month later. very very disappointing as have this contract since 2011 ,this is the first time i have had any problems.
