MTN not help to cancel contract of a person not speaking English

No attempt to help my mother cancel a ********** contract on her name, not being able to speak English she cannot phone them, Im not with her so can't help her on the phone, we have sent emails to *** and *** no rely or assistance, Tweeted them and all they say is sorry she has to contact them herself! Pathetic all they want is to keep on taking money for a contract that she is paying but don't have or use.
