MTN - Not good service

Good morning. We have 3 MTN offices in George. I visited all 3 with NO success. My Data Line is now due for an upgrade. After careful consideration I decided to take the Samsung S3 Tablet 9.7". The 1st 2 stores just said no stock available. At the 3rd store I got a bit more information ............ Sorry madam but the stores didn't actually receive stock because it was just a promo for the big cities to get rid of their stock. Really??? Then why put it in your monthly catalogue as an item to buy??? Why not just mark it "CITIES ONLY"? This is really not working for me. Any idea when I can get the tablet I want? Regards. Lorinda Ellis
