MTN not giving what they promise

I have a few plans on my MTN account. I upgraded my one contract recently. Part of the deal is a once of 20GB any time data. I did not receive it. Numerous calls and emails to customer care did not help. Also my primary number on my account was changed which make it impossible to see my other numbers on my Mtn app
