MTN not giving service
<p>MTN for some reason thought it would be a great idea to give me up for bad debt. There has been no comunication from MTN about any outstanding amount. Since the 4th of May when we realized this it has been impossible to get anybody to explain the matter. The couple of times that I have tried to phone MTN, their callcentre transfers me to credit control and the call just drops. I am at the point where I don't know what to do anymore. This is the worst service I have ever received from anybody. I will definitly stop recomending MTN and as soon as my contract expires I will rather be without a phone than stay with MTN.</p>
