MTN NOT GIVING PACKAGE THAT WAS AGREED ON.

I recently upgraded my contract with MTN after months of struggling because I was on their "OLD SYSTEM" and they could not give me the black Friday deal I wanted. After a lot of discussion their retention department gave me a personalized package that is in line with what I wanted. Now I am only getting some of the agreed upon package content. Eg. I am not getting the data agreed upon.
