Mtn not giving my data i pay for every month

Out of all my mail and calls i have send mtn regarding the problems i face becomes worse by the day. No one wants to take accountability for there mistakes. Make empty promises by letting you know that they busy fixing the issue. They not i can tell you that. This is what they want. They want you to stop paying so they can blacklist you and make is you the problem. I have contacted me privately via hello peter. Just to let me know that they will fix the problem that was a week ago in the mean time they deduct money from my account for mtn data that i dont get and the 1st of the new month is around the corner when they deduct again. I will take this now a step further. This is not on.
