MTN not giving anyfeedback after 2 weeks
Hi <br> I called in to block my phone last year 2014 as it was ******. Mtn then re opened the line in Jan 2015. The person who stole the phone used the simcard and made a bill on call charges. I called mtn. I spoke to faith. She said i must get an acidavid and a copy of my id. I sent that off 2 weeks ago. I have sent her about 6 emails with no response yet till today. Mtn has now debied the amount off my account for the 2nd time. I am having to pay charges for the second time. Who does one speak to. To get this resolved!! Thanks u

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. With regards to your query the matter was escalated to Nashua mobile and they have confirmed that there was never a request for the SIM card to be blocked due to it being ******.
