MTN not giving answers as to why my data is disappearing !!!!!

Ive been recharging non stop for past week till now and my data keeps disappearing, I called customer service and they cannot give me answers as to why it’s happening, I get different answers every time. I need an answer as to why each time I recharge my data disappears immediately?
