MTN - not fullfilling there contractual obligation

For the past 3 months MTN have not provided my monthly contracted DATA and SMS's. MTN outlets are unable to do anything about this problem except log a query which nothing ever happens. <br> I have to now purchase additional data bundles to accommodate MTN uselessness. <br> MTN are not fulfilling there contracted obligations, and no one has responded to me and sorted out my query. <br> Very Very unhappy customer. <br> Bryce ***
