Mtn not fulfilling my upgrade

I did upgrade on 2 contracts, the one done but other one nothing happening. It was a black Friday deal , and although I am inquiring every week , still not getting upgrade . Today I am told deal is no longer available! What is happening???? It seems like nobody wants to help???I have been sent from one department to the next, I am now fed up!!!!
