mtn not doing what they promise

I have now waited 2.5 weeks for MTN to activate my phone so that I can see who is calling me. They are just making promises. Before this issue I had to wait 4 days for a simswop. Please can somebody from MTN phone me to fix this matter. I am paying for this phone.
