MTN not disclosing invoice

<p>So a couple of months ago I received a email from Hammond Pole stating that MTN has handed me over to them for a oustanding balance. I asked for a statement to see what this R7250 is for. after months I got a statement that reflects this amount billed to me in one month, a month after terminating my contract. I terminated the contract a day after the contract expired as explained to me by one of the MTN staff at store I took out the contract. I have on numerous occasions asked to be provided with proof of what this amount is for, but to date have not received anything. I am not paying for something that I do not now what I am paying for. Phoning 808 is a lost cause as you always get cut off. I keep getting these threatening emails from the attorneys that they are taking me to court but they cannot provide me with the important detail I ask for.</p> <p>I am just worried that I will be blacklisted for this but thay cannot tell me what the amount is for.</p>
