MTN not delivering what was stipulated in the contract
Bought the P20 pro combo deal online contract and the phone was delivered with the second phone but with only 1 sim. The deal stipulates that the second phone will receive an additional R55 airtime pm for 24 months however i have not received this additional airtime nor the second sim card nor the promotional 30GB free data when you sign a new contract with MTN. I have phoned a number of times and nobody can assist me. This is pathetic. I am going to Ombudsman with this matter should they charge me the full amount for this contract without delivering what was stipulated in the contract.

11 May 2018, 11:24Good day, thank you. I have received the second sim card but still hasn't been RICA'd so i'm unable to use that phone. Also was not allocated my 30 GIG once off month data for signing up a new contract as promised by MTN. Customer service is very bad, no follow ups were done to find out if my problem was resolved. And i cannot get through to the online store to make a query.
