Mtn not delivering the service they advertise

We are farmers, and mtn is the only network provider that has coverage in our area. We have always had good signal, and as a result of the we switched all our devices and routers to mtn. Our livelihoods and safety depends on this, and we know loadsheddind is a problem, but since a month ago we now also don't have any consistent signal even when we have electricity, I still pay every month, but I don't get the service I pay for.

I'm not the only one in the area that has the problem, and we are heavily dependent on the signal for food production and job creation.

I would very much like mtn to contact me as I don't have signal to get in touch with them.
