MTN not delivering samsung fitbit

I upgraded my MTN contract about a month ago. I choose a samsung phone with a fitbit attached to the choice . It is now more than a month. No fitbit yet. Upon inquiring with MTN they said Samsung had a backlog and I must take it up with the Samsung hub manager. I have a contract with MTN with which they promised me a fitbit when I upgrade. WHAT THE HELL MTN> As always NOT DELIVERING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will probably never see the fitbit but diligently they will subtract my money every month.
