Mtn not delivering publically advertised promotions

Mtn in Mafikeng Mall, Mahikeng, North West has been delaying my 20GB anytime data and 14GB entertainment pass (upgrade data) for 3 weeks now. The upgrade device (laptop) was ordered online the 10-May-2019 at which point my data has not come through, the ordered device was delivered 17-May-2019 and no data had come through yet, by 21-May-2019 countless phone calls to mtn was made regarding the issue till eventually an sms was received saying that our "query has been escalated" which was shortly followed by another sms saying that our "query has been resolved" however till this day 30-May-2019 no data had come through. If this keeps up I'd rather cancel all my many mtn contracts and switch over to a different network.
