MTN NOT DELIVERING PHONES CONTRACTED FOR

I have been an MTN customer for many years. My contract came up for renewal in January 2022 and I renewed it on 25 January 2022. With my new contract, I ordered: - 1 x iPhone 13 Pro - 3 x iPhone 13 - 1 x Huawei Nova 81

4 phones were delivered shortly thereafter, but the iPhone 13 Pro has not yet been delivered. Since then, my 7 eMails and 3 phone calls have only resulted in many promises by Tshweu Sekhampu (Sales Manager) to deliver my phone. To date, nothing has happened. The worst service I have had in many years.
