MTN not delivering on promises (again)

On 26 January 2018 I reported ***** on my account. I have since not been able to upgrade. I was told that it would take approximately 21 days to reverse the ********** upgrade. I am really frustrated by the fact that I am penalized for something I didn’t do and when the due diligence was not done on MTN’s side.
