MTN not delivering

On 11 June 2021 I app**** for an additional contract with a laptop at MTN online. The contract was approved but due to stock shortages it could not be delivered. It is 10 August 2021 and after numerous queries it has not yet been delivered. This is unacceptable, I have been a loyal MTN customer for the past 20 years.
