MTN NOT customer focussed

I have been struggling for 2 weeks now to change my expired MTN contract to prepaid. The customer call centre does not answer, or transfers you from one department to another and cuts you off in the process. So I went to an MTN shop. Not even the personnel there could reach the call centre successfully. They told me bluntly that it will not help calling customer care. Really!! This kind of service is exactly why I am finished with MTN. Any other network, just not MTN. And. Dear MTN, if you send me another invoice for the expired contract, I will refuse to pay it. MTN is NOT a good choice.
