MTN not customer care at all

I wish I could give a -10 review for this company. Trying to update a surname after being in the MTN Shops 3 times is just a waist of time. Then you e-mail ***... more like don't care!!!! I attached to the mail my ID and account document. the reply from customer care is please attach your ID....... I then rep**** again with the same mail attaching the ID. No one responded since 29 August. followed up on 13 September and again using the same e-mail with the ID attached, the response: We apologize for the delayed respond; May we kindly have your Id number so that we can check status of your application. What the hell!!!!!!!!!!
