MTN not confirming contract application.

I've app**** for a contract 3 days ago online with MTN. I did not receive feedback and called the them 3 times thereafter to escalate the contract progress. I've been told that i would be contacted by the salesperson who will assist in completing my contract. There has been no response thus far. Please assist.
