MTN not client centric!
Upgraded almost three weeks back. Got a phone that I was not happy with. Returned to the store, MTN Baywest PE, within 7 days. They not willing to help. So MTN happy to lock me in to a contract with a phone I'm unhappy with. Is this acceptable?

Kindly note that the store has responded again stating that the seven-day exchange policy is for technical problems on the phone and its only swapped out for the same phone.
They will not be able to exchange the phone for reasons provided as you had an opportunity to view the size and live unit on display before purchase.
