MTN not clearing my profile

So I was unemployed for a few months and had a issue paying. Once I started working,I was told my account was handed over and I then arranged payments with MDB. To my surprise after paying it still shows as me owing....when I call collections,they tell me I need to speak to MDB. I call MDB and Im told the file is with MTN so avoiding all this I then make a payment instore....meanwhile its still showing on my credit profile as owing.

Today I'm told I owe again,how ?......I have no idea. Wait until you have issues with MTN. The service is horrible honestly
