MTN not carrying data over

Congratulations MTN you did it again. Ruined everything in Nigeria and somehow you have to get your money you lost bac**** Now how do you do that? Easy you rob the South African MTN users of their airtime and data!!! Are you not supposed to carry over unused data to the next month? Is that not the Law or are you above the law? July you stole 80 MB data and August you stole 55 MB of data. You rip us off with airtime as well. your second billing is only eye washing. At R1.79 per second the people of South Africa should consider supporting. you!!! To go to your shops to clear why the data is not carried over to the next month is useless. Bunch of *********** people working there. But after complaining your desk could phone and tried to wipe me a contract with MTN!! Wonderful service!!! I am considering to go to another cell phone company and take my cell nr. with. You are over expensive and have to pay for your troubles in Nigeria and therefore rip the SA customers off!!

Goodday Hannes.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced because of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

As per our telephone conversation, Monthly bundles have a validity of 1 month.

See below a link to data bundles terms and conditions and note 8.2 carry over rules.

https://www.mtn.co.za/pages/termsandconditions.aspx

8.2 Carry-Over Rules:

8.2.2 MTN PayAsYouGo customers with numerous recurring MTN Internet Bundles may carry-over a maximum of 2 (two) times: the value of their recurring MTN Internet Bundle value.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you.
