MTN not cancelling my contract
I requested that my MTN contract be cancelled on the 5th of May 2015 and to this day it still has not been done yet. The Referance number is ***. I was told that it will take 2 days. MTN are still taking my money and when i phone in they say they cannot help me as the department is on strike. It is not my problem if MTN cannot handle it's staff. I am now paying for 2 contracts because i took out another contract with a different service provider to port over. I want my money refunded and the contract cancelled as i requested. I want feedback on this matter or i will be taking it to my lawyer as i have recorded the telephonic conversations.
