MTN not canceling the contract.

Cancelled my contract on 30 June 2023, confirmation sms received that contract is set to be cancelled on 31 July 2023. Phoned on 4 August to confirm and the consultant confirmed it has been cancelled. On 12 Aug I get a message that my phone has been credited with my monthly contract data and voice bundle.

MTN did not cancel my contract and converted it to prepaid as requested and as they confirmed in writing.

1. I expect MTN to reimburse me for my time, emotional stress and inonvenience
