MTN not being able to help me get my devices repair status

On the 16th of October 2019 I booked my device for repairs there were some problems regarding the courier the courier got the wrong address I fixed it and the courier collected the phone and took it to a service centre for Samsung in Durban I check the status in Samsung's website and it said the repair has been cancelled then they asked me to go to at ackerman's so today the 8 of October 2019 I visited our comments and ackermans told me that MTN has now taken the device I called Samsung to enquire about this Samsung referred that I should call MTN which I did the same thing the MTN service champion couldn't help me of which I didn't understand she kept on telling me that I have to visit a MTN branch of which there is no empty and branch and should I want to go to the MTN branch I have to travel approximately 70 km and that's going to be expensive so I really don't know what's the problem MTN not being able to give me my devices repair status
