MTN not attending to R58 000 fruad linked to my ID number

*****ulent activity has led to being blacklisted. When dailing the MTN ***** line it says the number is incorrect and emails are ignored. MTN claims that I owe them R58 0000. I am not an MTN customer I dont have a sim, device or contract with MTN. I had to go to an MTN shop in a mall so that the sales person could look up what number is connected to my ID number. I have reported the case several times and nothing is being done, I was turned down for vehicle finance due to this and this could mean that I will be without transport
