MTN NOT APPLYING PAYMENTS BUT SUSPENDS ACCOUNTS!!!!!

I am really so angry at the pathetic service I received from MTN. Since Lock down I have been going into an MTN store to pay my Monthly fees. They still have up to date not app**** my payments. They have suspended my account twice. I have phoned customer service probably a total of 20 times to get this resolved I have 3 ref numbers with no answer REF1:***, REF2:***..REF3 ***. I already cancelled one of my contracts and will do the same with this one!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. O yes Cherry on top woke up today and my account is suspended. I will never deal with MTN again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
