MTN not answering their customer care line / ending calls instead of attending to queries... again!

Not me on hold for more than 10 minutes on three separate instances today (the last being for 15:32 mins...only for the call to be 'cut-off'.

Please answer your phone/stop hanging up on us when we call to get assistance!
