MTN not an honorable operator.

My husband passed away May 2023. I took all the necessary documents required to cancel A) his telephone contract and B) his business WI fi account. into MTN at The Meander, George on 16th June. I have the consultants name. When I continued receiving invoices I went in a 2nd time, we emailed ALL of the documents to their legal department.. It is 15 months later that MTN has. still not cancelled the contracts. I've been trying all this time to have it sorted out to no avail. Thank goodness my contracts are with a more decent service provider. MTN you are a disgrace. Do something about cancelations as my husband died over a year ago.
