MTN not allowing me to cancel a contract
The last 3 weeks i have had a battel with mtn. Between the local mtn shop and the mtn call center, nobody is able assist me in cancelling my contract. I have been waiting for an e-mail that contains the settlement that would terminate the contract including penalty. This is unacceptable
