MTN not allocating payments and terminating service

I had 2 contracts with MTN which was linked to 1 account. I recently cancelled my cellphone contract but I still have my Wifi contract (No ********** 763, Account No K ********** ) with them. My account has been in credit as I paid MTN in advance. I noticed on my latest statement that I owed them R103.15 and that they did not allocate my payment in the amount of R200.00 which was paid on the 30th of May 2016 to my account. I paid another R200.00 on the 14th of June 2016 which means my account will be R296.85 in credit. I emailed them and advised that I used my previous cell number as reference and requested that they must allocate these payments to my account. Kindly note that I have always paid MTN using my previous cell number as reference and have not been advised to use a different reference number. They confirmed that they will allocate my payments to my account but proceeded to cut off my Wifi. I have been a MTN customer for years and this is unacceptable especially considering that my account is in credit and that I have been proactive to advise them to allocate the payments to my account and providing them with the proof of payments. Not only is the unacceptable service but they are also in breach of their contract.
