MTN not adding data on 1st, then charge clients

Received account for 3G card for 2G of data on 5 August whereby I noticed that I was charged additional R160.86 for wholesale data bundles purchased. I queried it on same day at Langeberg Mall branch reference *** - never got a response.<br> <br> I then phoned in from my Vodacom cell costing me R42 after hours reference *** and still could not find out when I purchased any data. I then started going through the sms's on the 3G card and discovered that there was an sms on 2 July 2015 of data purchased. I then send an email on 19/8/2015 to MTN who no-one responded to except to say that I have to phone.<br> <br> I have never ever purchased data in my life - why will I purchase on the 2 July if my new set of 2G data was supposed to be added on 1 July, but I think that MTN never adds the data on time, therefore a SYSTEM ERROR NOT to add on the 1st of the month. This data was then taken away on the 16th of August because I have not used it. Is this how MTN makes additional money by not adding it on time, and then charging clients for additional data purchased?<br> <br> I have not received feedback on my queries and logged another query *** on 23 September whereby I threatened to publish on 1/10
