MTN NOT activating my Supaflex Contract

I have been struggling since Thursday the 27th of March for MTN to just activate my MTN Supaflex contract. I have escalated the matter to 3 supervisors in total and nobody is helping me!!! I have dealt with Akhere Opuamah, Thabang Khumalo, Asiphe Mdledle and now Emihle Pita. I have paid ans escalated the matter numerous times.
