MTN not acting in good faith - Bullying tendencies

My Contract with MTN ended in December 2020 and their so called month to month it's 3 times more than the price I used to pay for the same package. This increase was done without any prior communication or my consent...Their service is the worse!!! the least they can do is to inform you of the increase prior and allow a customer to accept or decline the new pricing and not force one into a corner whether you can't even afford the new price
