MTN not acting against ******* deductions by Reycreo

I have a Pay-as-you go MTN sim as a backup in my phone for when I travel. 6 July 2020 I load Airtime and on the 7th of July discovered a R9 deduction for a Reycreo subscription. Canceled it as I have not and will never subscribe to services like that. From what I can see it might be some gaming thing. Now 22 July 2020 I get an SMS thanking me for subscribing to Reycreo. How can MTN allow this?? From what I can see is this ongoing for a while and people get ****** blind with MTN doing nothing to protect their clients. This is a crime!!! I insist on a permanent solution to this ongoing issue as well as refund of my ****** hard earned moneys.
