MTN not able to transfer calls to Senior Management to discuss a JV

I have been trying to Contact MTN Head Office - Someone SENIOR that can make Big Corporate Decisions for a business JV. I have been sent from Pillar to Post, then transferred and each time I get cut off, when I try calling back , it says the number does not work, or it never gets answered. Can someone call me back that can actually make decisions and assist me with a JV ? Can someone call me please - Belinda ***
