MTN Not able to speak to an agent

I am trying to contact an MTN agent as I suspect my account is being targeted for *****.

I dial the 135 number and there are absolutely no options to speak to an agent, I have emailed them about it but I think its rather urgent.

I need to be called ASAP about this
