Mtn not able to resolve they mistakes

I had a incident regently with mtn where I was charged for the free data that you supposed to get when you receive your new device. A complaint was long and I received a reference number as well two days later I was told that both my lines will be suspended due to none payment. I informed the Manager and consultant that assisted me and nothing has been resolved.. I informed them that they will be paid as soon as I know why I was charged for data that was supposed be free and no one could answer me.. This is not the 1st time I received this poor service with them I called their customer support service numerous times and never get a response or even able to speak to a service champ... I am highly and extremely disappointed with this service provider
