MTN not able to change my address for 5 months now.

Since November 2022 I tried to change my address with MTN. After 2 visits to MTN stores and 13 emails, the issue is still not resolved!! Their latest attempt is an Suburb in East London and a postal code in Cape Town. It is pathetic how *********** they are. I keep getting email confirmations that they corrected my address, but next month it is still messed up. But ***, I am sure if I skip one moths payment, my services will immediately stop.
