mTN - not able to cancel , failed to deliver on product,

I have been trying to cancel a contract from December 2022 and still nothing to date ....it's been 7 months ....they also failed to deliver on a product that they sold to me which is this Fixed line LTE, the system says I have coverage in the Area and when I take it home it does not work, but they refuse to cancel all hardware was given back to them in December which was still during the cooling off period and still no luck with cancellation. I feel like they are doing funny business and lying to consumers , I have never dealt with a more pathetic company in my life...very disappointed.....
