MTN not able to assist with Sim swap for over a month of try and been advised to get a new sim card and i have already tried with over 7 sim card

I have been trying to do a sim swap for my number i have used for more than 5 years and i tried calling in and even went to MTN stores and it keeps on saying it is successful but cant get my number even after 48hrs and the number is linked to lots of my profiles and now i cant hwo do i get help?
