MTN not able to assist on a ***** query

MBD INC. are harassing me to pay money I "owe" on an MTN account.

I contacted MTN to find out if somebody has opened an account using my name and ID. I've been trying since Nov 6 to get an answer. Yes or no. If yes, then I can get the required documents from the authorities.

So since Nov 6th, MTN has not been able to tell me if there is an account using my name and ID. It appears that MTN do note take ***** seriously.
